A Review of Gas Sensors-Capacitance State
【摘要】 分别叙述用于湿度和ＣＯ２检测的各种电容式传感器，并分析其感应材料及感应机理。
【Abstract】 Many Sensors-Capacitance state for analyzing humidity and carbon dioxide are mentioned, in addition, their compositions and sensitive mechanism are analyzed in this paper.
