一种能选择性过滤焦油的聚丙烯丝束滤棒的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF A PLOYPROGYLENE FIBER FILTER ELEMENT FOR SELECTIVE FILTRATION OF TARS FROM CIGARETTE SMOKE
【摘要】 降低焦油含量是现代卷烟的发展趋势,而改进聚丙烯丝束性能并使其成型是卷烟降低成本的途径之一。用本研究的粘合剂,在现在有醋酸纤维滤棒成型机上可制得外观良好的聚丙烯丝束滤棒,径上机接装“乌江”烟后检测表明,丝束滤棒,径上机接装“乌江”烟后检测表明,该滤棒显示了选择性过滤焦油而较多保留烟碱的良好效果。
【Abstract】 Decreasing the amount of tars of cigarette is the development trend of cigarette,and ’improving the performance of the polypropylene fiber tow and making it into rod are one of the paths to decrease in cigarette cost.With a conventional filter rod-making apparatus a cigarette filter element is made from a polypropylene fiber tow with the binding materials developed by the writers.The filter element is connected with the"Wu Jiang" brand cigarette on cigarette-making equipment.The subsequent inspection and determination show that the rod has a good performance to remove selectively the condensed tars and conserve the good effects of nicotine in cigarette somke.
