光纤探针粗糙度测量原理的探讨
The Principle about Surface Roughness Measure-ment by an Optical Fiber Probe
【摘要】 本文利用光纤传感技术提出了粗糙度测量的一种新原理——“光纤探针”针描法粗糙度测量原理.文中给出了基本理论分析和初步实验结果.
【Abstract】 A new principle about surface roughness measurement by an optical fiber probe with stylus tracing method is put forward, and the theory analysis and the Primary experiment results about that are discussed in this paper.
