高温、CO和高温与CO联合作用下工人血浆中游离氨基酸含量分析

【摘要】 选择了高温、CO、高温与CO和无任何职业有害因素接触的作业工人分别作为高温组、CO组、高温与CO组和对照组。从每组中选出年龄在40~42周岁,工龄在21~22年的健康男性工人各5名分析血浆中游离氨基酸含量。结果如下:(1)在必需氨基酸中,HSP70蛋白质中含量较少的蛋氨酸、色氨酸,其血浆中游离的这两种氨基酸浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中色氨酸以高温+CO组高,蛋氨酸以高温组最高。在HSP70含量较多的赖氨酸、缬氨酸中,其四组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)在非必需氨基酸中,与对照组相比,大多趋向增高。本调查结果提示了接触高温、CO工人所面临的关键问题是如何促进氨基酸的利用和减轻应激时正常蛋白合成的抑制。

【Abstract】 Workers were selected according to the working environment, and were divided into high temperature group, carbon monoxide group,the combined effect group, and control group, workers of which were never exposed to these occupational hazards. Each group had five healthy male workers (age: 40-42 years old, duration time of work: 21-22 years). The results showed that the free methionine and tyrosine of plasma of workers exposed to these factors increased significantly (P<0.05) and most of other free amino acids trended to increase. This findings indicated that the major problems faced by workers were how to facilitate the use of plasma free amino acids and to reduce the inhibition of synthesis of normal proteins when exposed to occupational hazards.
