【摘要】 本文报道用土白蚁菌圃２２５０、１１２５、５６２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ喂养ｗｉｓｔａｒ大白鼠１４周，结果大鼠睾丸重量增加，曲细精管生精细胞旺盛，睾丸组织中ＤＮＡ含量升高，与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义。提示土白蚁菌圃有延缓动物衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effect of M;annandalei(Slivestri)Nest on testis tissue of rat.Having fed rats with M.annandalei(Slivestri)Nestof 2250,1125,562.5mg/kg respectively for 14weeks,we found that the weight of testis and thecontent of DNA of testis tissue of the rats increasedand spermatogenic cells in tubuli seminiferi contortigrew vigorously,All these changes were significantcompared with control;The results indicated thatM annandalei(Slivestri)Nest has the effect to post-pone the process of decrepitude of animals.更多还原
