【摘要】 对28例风心和先心二狭二闭,或合并主狭主闭的患者,施行了在浅低温(31~35℃)体外循环心跳中二尖瓣置换术,观察其心功能恢复状况,结果心跳组术后24h的平均动脉压(MAP)比心停组高,心跳组术后24h中多巴胺的用量比心停组少,统计学检验差异显著(P<0.005)。我们认为心跳组的心肌保护效果比心停组好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cardiac operation in 28 patients with rheumatic and congenital MI, MS, or complicated with AI, AS, MVR was performed in beating heart under shallow hypothermic (32 ±1℃) extracorporeal circulation.The recovery of cardiac function was observed. The mean ar-terial blood pressure during 24h after operation in the heart beating group is highter than the heart arrest group. The dosage of dopamine used during 24h after operation in the heart beating group is significantly lesser than the heart arrest group (P<0.005).The results show that myocardial preservation of the heart beating group is better than the heart arrest group.更多还原
