自蔓延高温合成Mg3N2
SELF-PROPAGATING HIGH-TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS OF Mg3N2
【摘要】 研究了用自蔓延高温合成工艺制备碱土金属氮化物Mg_3N_2。研究表明燃烧反应温度与氮气压力、稀释剂含量之间存在不同于其他气,固体系的关系规律:燃烧反应最高温度随稀释剂含量增加、氮气压力降低而表现出明显升高。氮气的渗透性在自蔓延高温合成Mg_3N_2过程中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) of Mg3N2 is investigated.It is found that the dependence of the combustion temperature on the nitrogen pressure and the amount of diluent during combustion synthesis of Mg3N2 is different from that of other solid-gas systems. The maxmium combustion temperature shows a significant increase with the increase of the amount of diluent while decrease with the in-crease of nitrogen pressure. It is concluded that the nitrogen permeability plays an important role in the SHS of Mg3N2.
