高功率横流CO2激光器高反膜耦合窗口ZnSe热形变理论和实验研究
Thermal Distortion of ZnSe Output Coupler with HR Coatings in mp power Transverse mow CO2 Lasers
【摘要】 给出高功率横流CO2激光器高反膜红外耦合窗口ZnSe的热形变理论和实验。在合理近似条件下,导出了ZnSe窗口温度分布和热形变的理论表达式。理论和实验相符。
【Abstract】 Thermal distortion of ZnSe output couplers with high reflectot (HR) coatingSin high POwer transverse flow CO2 lasers is studied theoretically and experimentally.Under the condition of reasonable approximation, approximate formulae of temperaturedistribution and thermal distortion of the ZnSe output couplers are derived. The theorycoincides well with the experimental results.
