氯化胆碱在植物生长和光合作用中的生理学效应
Physiological Effect of Choline Chloride on Growth and Photosynthesis of Plant
【摘要】 综述了氯化胆碱(CC)对植物生长、产量、产品质量、光合性能、膜透性、植物抗寒性等重要生理作用的有利影响。对CC促进光合作用的机理作了较深入的阐述,认为CC主要是通过改善膜脂成分,促进类囊体膜的发育而提高光合作用的各个参数的。对CC的应用前景作了讨论。
【Abstract】 The beneficial effect of choline chloride(CC)on growth,yield, product quality, photosynthesis,membrane permeability and cold resistance of plant were reviewed.The mechanism of plant photosynthesis promoted by CC was expounded in particular.The reasons of photosynthesis improved by CC are that the Hill reaction activity was increased, the activity of non-cyclic photosynthetic electron transport was promoted, the content of phosphatidylcholine was increased largely in the membrane, the development of grana lamellae in chloroplast was improved, the activities of carboxylase of phosphoenolpyruvate and ribulosel, 5-biphosphate,NADP+-malate enzyme, Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase were increased,the activity of key enzyme glycolate oxidase in photorespiration was decreased,but the activity of basic respiration was not changed.
