【Abstract】 The treatments of spraying different concentrations of ethephon were done at early tillering-stage of sugarcane. The results showed that the treatment with the concentrations of 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L of ethephon promote the growth of sugarcane during early and middle growth stages, and the internode length, stalk diameter, weights per stalk and millable stalks are increased, and obtained significantly higher cane yield. The treatments with the concentrations of 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L of ethephon also increased sucrose content in stalks and improved quality of juice.更多还原
