光学超精磨片结合剂树脂及其形态的选择
Election of binder resin and shape used in optics diamond finer pellets
【摘要】 本文介绍了选用单组份环氧树脂、热塑性酚醛树脂并添加适量的缩醛树脂配制成树脂溶液的形态作为结合剂,制作光学超精磨片。采用冷压成型和后固化处理的加工方法,较好的满足了光学超精磨片的成型性能和工艺性能要求。
【Abstract】 The article described manufacture method of opties diamond fining pellets.The technolo-gy of cold pressing and curing with single portion epoxy resin phenol formaldehyde resin and somepolyvingl aceeal.The binder resin can satisfy shapping fedture of diamond fining pellets and fining pellets and opticaltechnology demand.
