旋流塔板上局部处的液滴粒径分布

【摘要】 建立了双探针法测量液滴粒径分布的新数学模型,并提出其实用的算法。在直径300mm塔内,采用双探针法测量系统测定了旋流塔板上局部处液滴的粒径分布及频率密度,结果表明粒径分布可用上限对数正态分布函数描述,且得出了分布参数与操作条件的关联式。

【Abstract】 An improved mathematical model of two-probe method for measuring droplet size distributions was proposed and whose optimizing solution technique was also developed.Using the advanced microcomputer-based two-probe sensor system,the droplet size of local position was measured on rotating stream tray and whose distribution was found to be well correlated by an upper limited log-normal distribution with three parameters dependent on gas hole F-factor F0as equations(12) ̄ (14). The Sauter mean diameter D(32) was found to depend primarily on F0 and was little affected by liquid load.The relationship between D(32)and F0 can be represented by equation (15).Besides,the frequency density of droplet population was obtained.
