铜离子浮选动力学的单泡吸附模型
Single Bubble Model for Kinetics of Cupric Ion Flotation
【摘要】 本文就离子浮选提出了单泡吸附模型,并据此从理论上导出了适应于吸附动力学控制的方程式:(C0-Ct)+a/2×1n(C0/Ct)=At然后以NaLS浮选Cu ̄(2+)离子的实验验证了上式,结果颇为一致。通过上式计算了离子浮选的传质系数k、吸附与解吸系数k1、k2。研究了气流量与pH对传质系数的影响,发现在pH=5.0时传质系数为最大,并讨论其产生的原因,最后提出了相应的吸附机理。
【Abstract】 A single bubble adsorption model for ionic flotation was suggested. Based on that,the equation of kinetics adapted in the condition of kinetic control was derived, and was confirmed by the result of the experiment,floating cupric ion by NaLS. (C0-Ct) + a/2 × In(C0/Ct) =At According to this equation,the mass transfer coefficient for ionic flotation K,adsorption and desorption coefficients, K1 and K2, were calculated respectively. The influence of gas flow rate,acidity of solution to the mass transfer coefficient was studied.It was indicated that the optimum acidity is 5.0. Finally the adsorption mechanism was suggested.
