2Cr3Mo2NiVSi钢中稀土对碳化物的影响
The Effects of Rare Earth Element on the Carbides in the 2Cr3Mo2NiVSi Steel
【摘要】 稀土对2Cr3Mo2NiVSi钢中的组织变化过程有一种“迟滞”作用,它阻止加热转变时碳化物的溶解。碳化物的相分析结果及电镜观察表明,在有碳化物析出的情况下,稀土使析出的碳化物更细小,分布更均匀。
【Abstract】 The Rare Earth element may bring into "delayed action"during the structure transformation of 2Cr3Mo2NiVSi steel.The Rare Earth element can prohibit carbides from dissolving during heated transformation of the steel. The results of analysis on phases and Electric microscope show that the Rare Earth element make precipitated carbides finer and distribute more homogeneous.
