化学镀Ni-P合金表面镀层的超显微硬度研究
An Ultra-Microhardness Study of Electroless Ni-P Coating
【摘要】 运用国内第一台载荷小于20mN的超显微硬度仪,系统地测试和分析了不同膜厚、不同热处理状态的化学镀Ni-P合金表面镀层,在3~20mN之间不同载荷下的硬度性能。结合组织和结构的分析,详细地研究了镀层组织和力学性能之间的关系。结果表明起显微硬度技术在表征薄膜材料性能与组织关系的领域中具有很广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 in this paper, the electroless Ni-P coating’s hardness was measured by a ultra-microhardness tester with a max. loading capacity of 20mN, and the coatings with various thickness had been treated by different heat treatments. Combined with X-ray, SEM, TEM and EDAX analyses, the relationship between coating’s structure and mechanical property was discussed. The results show that the ultra-microhardness test is very useful in the field of characterizing the relationship between structure and property for film materials.
