【Abstract】 This article introduces a method determining the equation of penetration curve for tungsten and molybdenum by multi-element regression in study of double glow discharge plasma metallizing, then, the slope of the penetration curve at a given point can be calculated. By integration, the can be obtained easily, and D xdy can be calculated. This method is more reliable and more accurate than graphical integration. The variations of D with the concentrations of tungsten and molybdenum are determined.更多还原
