用多元回归法确定W、Mo扩散系数
The Determination of the Diffusivity on Tungsten and Molybdenum by Multi-Element Regression
【摘要】 介绍在双层辉光离子渗金属研究中,用多元回归法确定W、Mo渗入曲线方程,从而用求导法得到曲线在某一点的切线斜率,用定积分方法求得从而可求。方法较图解积分法可靠、准确、简便。文中给出W、Mo在γ-Fe中等温扩散系数随浓度的变化关系。
【Abstract】 This article introduces a method determining the equation of penetration curve for tungsten and molybdenum by multi-element regression in study of double glow discharge plasma metallizing, then, the slope of the penetration curve at a given point can be calculated. By integration, the can be obtained easily, and D xdy can be calculated. This method is more reliable and more accurate than graphical integration. The variations of D with the concentrations of tungsten and molybdenum are determined.
