催化褪色光度法测定牡蛎中痕量铁

【摘要】 采用催化褪色光度法测定牡蛎中痕量铁,以获得牡蛎生长过程中富集重金属的信息。Fe(Ⅲ)在硫酸介质中能催化过氧化氢氧化甲基红的反应,并研究了影响褪色反应速度的最佳条件,方法的灵敏度为6×10-11g/mL,测定范围为0~0.048μg/mLFe(Ⅲ)。方法简便,有较高的选择性。

【Abstract】 This paper reports a method for the quantitative determination of trace iron in Ostrea rivularis by catalytic decorizing to abtain the imformation of the trace iron concentrated in Ostrea rivularis’ growing procedure. Fe (Ⅲ) in H2SO4 can catalyze the decolorizing reaction which results from the oxidation of methyl red by hydrogen peroxide. The opitimum conditions that influence the rate of catalytic decolorizing reaction and a high-selectivity method of determination trace Fe (Ⅲ) were obtained. The sensitivity of the method is 6×10-11g/mL,the range of determination is 0 to 0.048 μg/mL for Fe (Ⅲ).
