低硒大骨节病区粮对大鼠组织中超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物的影响
Effects of Se-deficient Diet from a Kashin-Beck Disease Affected Area on SOD Activities and TBA Contents in the Serum, Heart and Liver of Rats
【摘要】 应用低硒大骨节病区粮、病区粮加硒和非病区粮饲料喂养大鼠。测定大鼠血清以及心、肝组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和肝组织中脂质过氧化物(TBA)含量,观察低硒大骨节病区粮对大鼠体内脂质代谢的影响。结果表明,病区粮组肝组织TBA较病区粮加硒组与非病区粮组显著升高,病区粮加硒组与非病区粮组肝TBA含量无显著性差异。SOD活性变化不明显。这些说明大鼠体内脂质代谢紊乱似与低硒有关,加硒可改善这种代谢。
【Abstract】 SD rats were fed with Se-deficient diet from a Kashin-Beck disease endemic area, Se-deficient diet supplemented with sodium selenite and Se-sufficient from non-KBD endemic area. Results showed that the liver TBA contents were increased significantly in Se-deficient group, compared with the other two groups: and that SOD activities of serum, heart and liver existed little difference among the three groups. Those indicated that the increment of liipid peroxide in the Se-deficient rats seem to be caused by the selenium deficiency and Se-supplementsed to the Se-deficient diet may ameliorate the impairment of lipid metabolism to some extent.
