流动注射在线富集火焰原子吸收测定痕量砷
ON-LINE PRECONCENTRATION AND DETERMINATION OF TRACE ARSENIC IN WATER BY FLOW INJECTION FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 本文在比较各种柱材料对砷的富集效果的基础上,选用活性氧化铝作柱材料进行在线富集流动注射火焰原子吸收测定砷的研究。实验溶液含砷1.25μg/ml,pH=6,当流速为16ml/min时,富集倍数为进样1分钟富集48倍;当峰高为0.1吸光度时,峰宽仅为1.5秒。该方法用于环境水样中砷含量的测定,结果较满意。
【Abstract】 A rapid and sensitive method for the selective determination of trace arsenic in water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry using on-line preconcentration on a microcolumn packed with activated aluminum oxide has been developed. An enrichment factor of 48 was obtained at a sample flow rate of 16ml/min. The method has been applied to the determination of As in natural water samples with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviation was 4% (n =9) at the 0. 87μg/ml level and 8% (n = 9) at the 0. 03μg/ml level.
