电炉内燃式煤氧枪的试验研究
EXPRRIMENTAL STUDY ON INTERNAL COMBUSTION COAL-OXYGEN NOZZIE FOR ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE
【摘要】 在电炉外燃式煤氧枪的研究应用基础上,进行了内燃式煤氧枪的研究开发。试验结果表明:其综合性能优于外燃式煤氧枪,最佳工况为:氧煤比1.60~1.76Nm ̄3/kg,一次氧/二次氧等于3,一次燃烧区长度140mm,内燃式煤氧枪装设自动点火器,有利于在电炉熔化期提前发挥作用。
【Abstract】 Based On the study and application of the external combustion coal-oxygen nozzle the research and development has been carried out on the internal combustion type and results indicate that the composite performance of the new one is superior to the oxiginal external combustion nozzle and its optimal performance shows as follows:oxygen/coal ratio is up to 1.60~1.76Nm ̄3/kg,the primary oxygen/secondary oxygen equals to 3 and the length of the combustion zone is about 140mm.Installation of an automatic ignitor in the internal combustion coal-oxygen nozzle contributes to the acceleration of melting phase inside EAF.
