【摘要】 对慢性乙型肝炎30例治疗前后及治疗期间用RIA法测定血清中β₂-微球蛋白（β₂-MG）水平及HBV标志。结果表明,在α-干扰素治疗前或治疗后血清中β₂-MG水平升高者疗效满意,相反则差。经统计学处理二者有明显差异（P<0.05）。因此认为,血清中β₂-MG表达水平有助于干扰素疗效的判定,并可作为一个间接指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Therapeutic effect and mechanism to interferon-alpha on 30 patients with hepatitis B virus inffection were studied.The level of serum β2-MG and HBV markers were measured after before and period of interferon-alpha therapy.The results show that highter level of serum β2-MG after or before of interferon-alpha therapy therapeutic effect were better than the lowers.The difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05).It’s suggest that the level of expression in serum β2-MG will be helpful to judge of therapeutic effect of interferon-alpha and may as a indirect indication.更多还原
