维生素E和低浓度三尖杉酯碱对K562细胞增殖动力学作用的研究

【摘要】 本文应用体外细胞培养、克隆形成及H-TdR 掺入技术观察了低浓度三尖杉酯碱(Harr)和维生素E(VE)对人白血病K562细胞作用的增殖动力学变化.结果表明:①Harr在低浓度时即能有效地抑制K562细胞的增殖和自我更新能力,高浓度则呈显著细胞毒效应;②VE体外抑制K(562)细胞生长,且显著增强Harr的效应;③VE和低浓度Harr对具有自我更新能力的白血病细胞有较高的选择性作用.

【Abstract】 The effects of low concentration of har-ringtonine and vitamin E (dl-α-tocopherol) acetate on the growth kinetics of human leukemia K562 cells were studied.The results showed that (1)harringtonine inhibited the growth and self-renewal of K562 cells in low concentration,and in high concentration it had a cytocidal effect;(2)vitamin E reduced the proliferation of K562 cells in vitro,and markedly enhanced the growth inhibitory effect of harringtonine on K562 cells;(3)low concentration of harringtonine and vitamin E had a higher selective role on the colony-forming cell of K562 cells.
