阿霉素中毒性心肌病心肌细胞膜标志酶的研究
Studies on symbolic enzymes of myocardial membrane in toxic myocardiopathy by adri-amycin.
【摘要】 本实验给家免造成阿霉素(ADR)中毒性心肌病模型,利用酶组织化学和细胞化学技术,在光、电镜下观察了ADR对心肌细胞膜标志酶(Mg2+-ATPase、AKPase)活性的影响。结果表明;ADR对心肌细胞膜Mg2+-ATPase和AKPase的活性均有抑制作用;且回活性、肌膜损伤及其它形态学改变,均与ADR累积用量有关。
【Abstract】 In the present investigation,the effect of adriamycin on symbolled cell membrane, using the enzymatic histochemistry and cytochemistry, were observed by light and electron microscopy. The results show that both Mg2+-ATPase and AKPase of myocar-dial plasmlemma were inhibited by adriamycin. The changes of the enzymatic activity and the damage of myocardial membrane and other morphologic alteration were all concerned with the cumulative dose of adriamycin.
