碳热还原法合成Si3N4的研究
A Study of Synthesis of Si3N4 Powder by Carbothermal Reduction
【摘要】 研究了碳热还原法合成Si_3N_4粉末中原料配比、N_2流量、反应压力、反应温度、时间及晶种等因素对氮化的影响,获得了较佳的工艺参数,研制出氦含量大于37%,平均粒径小于1.5μm的α—Si_3N_4粉末。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of Si3N4 powder by carbothermal reduction was studied .The effects of ratio of raw materials,N2 flow,reaction pressure,temperature,time and crystalline seed on nitridation were investigated and thereby,optimization processing conditions were achieved. Thus,a α Si3N4 powder with nitrogen content above 37%,andan average partical size smaller than 1.5μm was obtained.
