【Abstract】 Abstract By using a new physical jet deposition （PJD ） technique， we have got films of C₆₀，C₇₀， fullerene derivatives and inorganic materials. The absorp-tion， Raman and fluorescence spectra were measured for C₆₀ and C₇₀ films.There are some big changes in the electronis structure between films made by PJD and normal vacuum deposition， but similar in the vibrational structure.更多还原
