【Abstract】 Rooting on jujube c. v. Mingshandazao plantlets was promoted effectively with0. 01 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L IBA,and better shoot length could be induced by 0.5mg/LIAA in vitro. The best phytohormonce combination was 0.01 mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L IAA for subctilture of jujube c.v. Mingshhandazao plantlets on medium H,in whichboth rooting and shooting rate of plantlets were 100%,root numbers exceeded 5,shootlength was over 6 cm within 1 month.更多还原
