【Abstract】 The determination of total calcium in serum using calcium ion-selective electrode is described. The calcium in serum was released by adding electrolyte solution of certain concentration.The total calcium in pig and rabbit serum determined by this method was respectively 2.62 mmol/Land 2.40 mmol/L, which closely coincided with those determined by other typical methods. this method can be used in clinical examination of total calcium in serum for its rapidity and accuracy.更多还原
