【Abstract】 The linear growing rates of the liquid Pleurotus strains and the liquid Pleurotus granular strains,the growing cycle of hypha of liquid granular strains, and the yields of hyphidum of liq-uid strains and liquid granular strains in different hypha ages, were determined.
