轴向柱塞泵配流盘减振结构对压力特性的影响
Influence of Damping Configuration on Valve Plate of Axial Piston Pump on the Pressure Characteristics
【摘要】 通过实验证实了新型低噪声配流盘的正确性,并在此基础上,通过理论分析提出了孔槽结合的新型减振结构和降低预升压(预释压)区压力梯度及倒灌(释放)流量峰值的设计准则。
【Abstract】 The new low-noise valve plate of axial pistion pump is verified by experiment.And on this basis,a hole-groove damping configuration is advanced by theoretical analysisand a design method for decreasing peak valve of pressure gradient and back flow during pre-compression.(pre-decompression)is also developed.
