水力机械用抗磨损与磨蚀金属材料的试验研究
Experimental investigation of Anti-Cavatation andAntiwear Metallic Materials for Hydraulic Machinery
【摘要】 对0Cr_(13)Ni_5Mo,0Cr_(16)Ni_5Mo和20SiMn、三种材料不同的热处理方法,在转盘试验机上进行了含沙量高达60kg/m ̄3的5种不同含沙量下磨损与磨蚀的试验研究。得到了0Cr_(13)Ni_5Mo采用1030℃淬火,470℃一次回火的较佳工艺。
【Abstract】 Three metallic materials0Cr13Ni5Mo,4Cr16Ni5Mo and 20SiMn processed withdifferent heat treatments are tested and investigated on the disc wearing rig in silt laden wa-ter with 5 kinds of sand contents up to 60 kg/m ̄3. The results show that the chilled 0Cr13Ni5Mo steel, quenched at 1030℃ and tempered at 470℃, is superior to others in wear andwear-cavitation properties.
