镀锡薄板单位面积镀锡量新的测定方法──贝尔德直读光谱仪分析技术的开发
New Method for Measuring the Weight of Tin Coating in Tin Plate──the Development of Analytical Technique Using Baird SV-1000 (DV-4)
【摘要】 本文利用贝尔德公司生产的SV-1000型(DV-4)直读光谱仪测定镀锡薄板单位面积镀锡量,开拓了光电光谱仪在镀层领域的应用。通过选用基体铁元素作内标,在适宜的激发条件下获得锡元素光强比与镀锡量间的线性关系。选择合适条件,解决了薄板易击穿,内标元素光强值稳定性等技术关键。采用容量法制作一套不同镀锡量的标准镀锡薄板,绘制校准曲线,建立了光电光谱分析测定镀锡薄板单位面积镀锡量的方法。方法精度(RSD)小于5%,准确度为5.6±0.5g/m~2。与容量法比较该法操作简单,分析速度快。
【Abstract】 Up to date, the measurement of the Sn-coating weight of tin plate using atomic emission spectrometic has not been reported in literature. Theoritically, the Sn-coating weight is proportional to the thickness of the Sn-layer by which the atomic emission line intensity of Sn is determined.Recently the method of determination of the Sn-coating weight of tin plate using the Baird SV-1000 (DV-4) spectrometer has been developed in our laboratory. The measurement data obtained shows that the intensity of matrix Fe lines are almost unchanged with different Sn coating weight under the same excitation condition. The Sn coating weight of calibration standards of tin plates are determined by the method of classical chemical analysis. Thus, the calibration curve can be plotted by collecting the ratio of Sn line intensity to Fe line intensity for a series of calibrating standards of known Sn-coating of tin plate.The problem that tin plate is easy to be punctured can be avoided by selecting the suitable excitation parameters. The RSD of this method is less than 3%,the accuracy is 5. 6±0. 5g/m ̄2.This method is much more simple and rapid than the classical chemical methods.
