差谱法同时测定铝合金中的微量铜和铁
Simultaneous Determination of Micro Copper and Iron in Aluminium Alloy by Absorbance Subtraction Method
【摘要】 本文是差谱法的一个应用实例。以盐酸羟胺为还原剂,用柠檬酸钠掩蔽Al(Ⅲ)以防止生成氢氧化铝沉淀。在pH值8.3-9.5下,Cu(Ⅰ)及Fe(Ⅱ)能与邻菲啉生成有色络合物。加热能大大加快显色时间,在乙醇存在下可使Cu(Ⅰ)络合物至少稳定5小时。方法简便、准确。
【Abstract】 This paper is a applied example of the absorbance subtraction method. Cu(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅲ)are reduced to Cu(Ⅰ) and Fe(Ⅱ) respectively by hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Interference of aluminium in the sample can be eliminated by adding sodium citrate. In the presence of ethanol,Cu(Ⅰ) and Fe(Ⅱ) combine with 1, 10- phenanthroline to form stable complexes within the pH value of 8. 3 to 9. 5. The method is simple and accurate.
