亲电取代的相转移催化反应研究──2-甲基吲哚的N-烷基化
Study on Phase Transfer Catalyzed Reactions N-Alkylation of 2-Methylindole
【摘要】 本文在相转移催化条件下研究了2-甲基吲哚的N-烷基化反应,合成了N-乙基-2-甲基吲哚、2-丁基-2-甲基吲哚、N-戊基-2-甲基吲哚、2-己基-2-甲基吲哚及N-辛基-2-甲基吲哚等五种有机化合物,通过红外、质谱、元素分析等手段对其结构进行了确证,并对N-烷基化中C、N竞争及相转移催化作用机理讲行了探讨。
【Abstract】 N-Alkylation of 2-methylindole in the presence of phase transfer catalyst (PTC) was studied. Five organic compounds, N-ethyl-2-methylindole, N-butyl-2-methylindole, N-pentyl-2-methylindole, N-hexyl-2-methylindole and N-octyl-2-methylindole were synthesized. By the means of IR, MS, elementary analyses and other methods, structures of above were comfirmed. In addition,C, N selective competition and mechanism of phase transfer catalysis were also studied.
