高温高分子快离子导体PMDA—ODA—PSX—DABSA的合成和性能

【摘要】 采用线型缩聚法合成了1,2,4,5-均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA),4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA),氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PSX)和2,5-二氨基苯磺酸(DABSA)四元高分子快离子导体。测定了该共聚物的红外光谱和差动热分析(DSC)曲线,得到共聚物的玻璃化温度Tg在130℃左右。用交流阻抗谱法测定共聚物薄膜的电导率。四元系的电导率比两个三元系PMDA—ODA—PSX和PMDA—ODA—DABSA分别提高两和一个多数量级。这是因为四元系综合了两个三元系的优点:即PSX插入到PMDA—ODA链中使高分子链段柔化从而增加了电导率;而DABSA插入到高子分链中,其阴离子基团(SO3)可容纳阳离子因而增加了阳离子可资利用的位置数也使电导率增加、三氯甲基磺酸锂掺杂的共聚物4PMDA:3ODA:0.6PSX:0.4DABSA:2LiCF3SO3在250℃时的电导率达10-6S/cm数量级,活化能为0.24eV.,而且电子电导率小于5%,是典型的快离子导体。

【Abstract】 uatcrnary polymers ionic conductors, containing 1,2,4, 5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PMDA), 4-aminophenyl ether (ODA), aminopropyldhaethyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PSX)and 2, 5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid(DABSA), have been synthesised by linear condensation polymerisation method. The infrared spectrum of copolymer was measured and the glass transition temperature (Tg) of~130℃ was determined by differential scanning calordrietry (DSC). A. C.complex impedance method was used to detemine the electrical conductivity of copolymer films. The conductivity of quaternary copolymer is higher than that of ternary PM DA-ODA-DABSA and PMDA-ODA-PSX copolymers because it combines the funchons of immobilised anionic groups (SO-3)incorporated into polyimide to increase mobile canon concentration and of PSX introduced to enhance ionic conductivity via flexible chain motion assistance. The conductivity of 4 PMDA: 3 ODA: 0.6 PSX:0.4 DABSA: 2 LiCF3SO3 reaches 10-6S / cm at 250℃ with an activation energyof 0.24 eV. Moreover, the electronic conductivity in found to be less than 5% of the total, indicating that the conductivity is essentially ionic.
