磷酸三苯酯对PBT/PET共混体系结晶行为的影响
The Effect of Triphenyl Phosphate on tile crystallization Behavior of PBT / PET Blends
【摘要】 用广角X-射线衍射法(WAXD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了磷酸三苯酯(TPP)对PBT/PET共混体系结品行为影响.结果表明:TPP作为该共混体系的稳定剂,只能延长在熔融状态下酯交换反应发生的时间.TPP含量一定时,熔融时间增加,PBT、PET之间的酯交换反应同样会发生.不同熔融时间,就要求TPP的用量也不相同.TPP在PBT/PET共混体系中没有结晶成核剂的作用,它也不改变PBT、PET的结晶结构。
【Abstract】 The effect of triphenyl phosphate (TPP) on the crystallization behavior of PBT / PET blends has been investigated by wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential scanning calorimctry (DSC). The result indicated that TPP as an efficient stabilizer for PBT / PET blends can prevent the trans-csterification occurrence between PBT and PET. Without changing the content of TPP in the blends, the more time in meit, the smaller the erystallinity was, and the intrinsic viscosity of PBT / PET blends depressed rapidly. The role of TPP as a nueleating agent for PBT / PET blend has not been found. The results from WAXD show that TPP can not change the crystal structure of PBT or PET.
