Ni42Cr6Fe封接合金氧化膜和氧化物晶须的结构
The Structure of Oxide Film and Oxide Whisker on Ni42Cr6Fe Sealing Alloy
【摘要】 用TEM、X-Ray、SEM等技术研究了Ni42Cr6Fe玻封合金在高温湿H_2中形成的氧化膜及氧化物晶须的结构。结果表明:氧化膜主要由Cr_2O_3和(Fe,Mn)Cr_2O_4两相组成,氧化膜底层是以Cr_2O_3为主的组织,氧化膜在层是以(Fe,Mn)Cr_2O_4为主的组织;Si在氧化膜与合金界面分布,Al则在内氧化层中形成内氧化物质点;氧化膜表面生长的氧化物晶须的杆部为(Fe,Mn)Cr_2O_4单晶,头部为Ni_3Fe型金属间化合物。
【Abstract】 The structure of oxide film and oxidewhisker on Ni42Cr6Fe sealing anoy after oxidation inwet hydrogen at high teniperature are st udied usingTEM,X-Ray and SEM methods.The resultsindicate that oxide film is mainly colnposed of Cr2O3and(Fe,Mn)Cr2O4 spinel。The outer oxide layer iscoarse(Fe,Mn)Cr2O4 spinel grains mainly and thebase oxide layer is fine Cr2O3 grains mainly.Si-oxideis on the interface of meral and oxide,Al is formed tointernal oxidation in the surface of alloy,The pole ofoxide whisker on the oxide film is the spinel(Fe,Mn )Cr2O4 monocrystal,the head of oxide whisker isNi3Fe
