非晶态Ni72Si15B13合金电阻随拉应变可逆变化的区域
A Study on the Reversible Variation Range of Resistance with Tensile Strain in Amorphous Ni72Si15B13 Alloy
【摘要】 通过对室温时非晶Ni_(72)Si_(15)B_(13)、合金电阻随拉应力与拉应变变化特性曲线的测定,发现其室温电阻随拉伸应变线性变化的区域比其可逆变化的区域大,电阻应变可逆变化的区域为其弹性应变的区域,采用Nagel推广的液态金属Ziman理论对此做出了较好的解释。
【Abstract】 In this paper,by measuring thedependences of the resistance with tensile stress andstrain in amorphous Ni72Si15B13 alloy at roomtemperature,it has been found that the linearvariation range is longer than the reversible variationrange of the resistance with strain, and the reversiblevariation range of the resistance with strain is theelastic variation range of the strain with stress。Using Ziman theory of liquid metal extended byNagel,a reasonable explanation has been made forthese results.
