【Abstract】 The crystal defects in naturaldiamond witch is fro Liaoning Province in China are studied by Synchrotron radiationwhite-light topography.The experimentalresults show that,there are several defectssuch as dislocations,growth bands and twinboundaries in the natural diamonds.Adetailed discussion is given to thedislocations,of which the characteristicvectors aredetermined.更多还原
