【摘要】 本文提出了一种从散射光中提取平面度信息,并处理成待测平面等高线的具体方法.该方法可以对大平面的平面度作实时、全场检测.多次实验均表明,该方法可行.

【Abstract】 In this paper the conctete method of extracting planeness Information from scattered light is given. Also the detail conversion of planeness and contour is provided. The method can measure massive planeness by realtime and large range. Some measurements show the method is effective.
