对排球运动员心理障碍的探讨
A Research into Psychological Obstacles of Volleyball Players
【摘要】 本文根据排球运动的自身特点,就运动员在大赛中存在的心理障碍所产生的原因、表现形式进行了简要的论述,并对消除心理障碍提出了若干建议。
【Abstract】 In this article according to the feature of volleyball game, the writer briefly states the reason why volleyball players have psychological obsticles in important matches and their manifestation. The writer also puts forward many suggestions on how to get rid of such obstacles.
