漓江上游枯水成因及补水措施

【摘要】 漓江上游面积2680km2,枯水由基流及枯季降雨组成,具两谷一峰变化规律,低谷多出现于12月及1月,枯水流量具周期变化规律,可用谱函数表示。枯季补水有3个目标,方法有生物措施和工程措施,工程措施补水量大、工期短、成本较低.并对补水极限进行了讨论,认为补足50m3/S即为极限.

【Abstract】 The upper reach area of Liriver is 2680 km2. Low water consists of baseflow and dry season rainfall with a variation regularity of two valleys and a peak. Low valley generally takes place in December and January. Low-water discharge possesses a periodic variation regularity and it is shown by spectrum function. Dry season make-up water is of diverse targets. There are two methods: the biological measure and the engineering measure. The latter displays a big make-up water flow, short time limit for engineering and low cost.This paper also discusses liciting make-up water.It is believed that maximum is filling 50 m3S-1.
