【Abstract】 The software GEMS which can deal with the energy and mass balance problem within a pulp and paper mill is presented. Both the dynamic and static process analysis can be done with the software and a lot of time and manpower can be saved. A practical example for the mass calculation of a evaporation plant is given and the mass calculations made by hand and computer are compared and the results are satisfactory.更多还原
