旋流雾室系统ICP─AES法测定Pd中的杂质
Determination of Impurities in Pure Palladium by ICp-AES with a Cyclone Spray Chamber System
【摘要】 用旋流雾室系统代替原用的Scott雾室系统,降低了ICP直读光谱仪分析下限。并引入外加内标元素(Y)的方法测定纯铯中的13个杂质元素。本法适用于纯度为99.9~99.995%纯他的分析。
【Abstract】 A cyclone spray chamber system was used instead of a conventional Scott-type chamber system to reduce the analyzable lower limit of the instrument and an internal standard element (Y)was introduced to eliminate the effects of drift of plasma background level.A method for the determination of 13 impurity elements in pure palladium samples was developed It is not necessary for this method to add palladium matrix in standards as well as to separate and concntrate the elements to be deter-mined in the salnples.The effect of the palladium matrix on the eiements to be analysed was corrected by backgr ound equivalent concemtration substraction method,The method is applicable for the analysis of 99.9~99.995%palladiuln.
