草酸环己二胺铂的热水合动力学研究
The Thermal Reaction Substitution Kinetics of Oxaliplatin in Water or Glucose Aqueous Solution
【摘要】 采用电导法研究草酸环己二胺铂在水介质和5%葡萄糖介质中的稳定性。给出了草酸环己二胺在这两种介质中的摩尔电导与时间的变化关系。结果表明:在25℃时该化合物在水和5%葡萄糖介质中的热水合常数分别为6.8×10 ̄(-6)min ̄(-1)及7.7×10 ̄(-6)min ̄(-1)。
【Abstract】 The stability of oxaliplatin in water or glucose aqueous solution was investigated by using electrical conductance method.The relation curves of oxaliplatin between molar conductance and time in the two solutions and the thermal reaction substitution constants of oxaliplatin in water or glucose aqueous solution were experimentally determined at 25±0.5℃ being 6.8×19 ̄(-6)min ̄(-1) and 7.7×10 ̄(-6)min ̄(-1) respectively,The results show that oxaliplatin is very stable in water or glucose aqueous solution.
