高砷铅泥控制电位氯化浸出金银
Study of a Process of Leaching High Arsenic Lead Slime Using Chloridization under Controlled Electronic Potential
【摘要】 考查高砷铅泥在盐酸介质控电氯化浸出过程中的若干影响因素(酸度、相对砷含量、液固比以及浸出电位等)。高砷铅泥在盐酸介质控电氯化过程中,金银的浸出损失会明显偏大,其损失量随砷与金(银)的含量比值的增加而增加,而浸出电位、液固比以及浸出液酸度过高也都是造成金(银)浸出损失的原因。
【Abstract】 In this paper,effects of some factors including acidity,ratioof arsenic content to gold or silver ones,liquor-slime ratio,and potentialson the process of leaching high arsenic lead slime using chloridization in HClmedium have been investigated. It is indicated that in the process of controlled-potential chloridizing high arsenic lead slime, the loss of gold and silver inthe leaching solution is greater and is increased with the enchancement of thecontent ratio of arsenic to gold and silver. It’s also found that if leachingpotential and the number of free Cl ̄(-1)ion in the system are too high,theloss of gold and silver also become greater.
