磁流体燃煤燃烧室强旋流流场的消旋试验研究

【摘要】 对燃煤燃烧室二级消旋的方式进行了冷模试验,并将冷模试验结果用于了热态试验装置。冷模试验装置是针对JS-Ⅱ型燃煤燃烧室设计的,它利用了在燃烧室第二级进口处布置的8个二级氧进口小喷嘴。小喷嘴出口方向正好与二级进口气流旋转方向相反,高速反旋转的氧气喷入二级燃烧室,一方面有利于混合,同时对主气流起到强烈的消旋作用。冷模试验表明,影响二级燃烧室出口气流旋流度的因素有多种,如一、二级气流的流量比、二级氧的喷射速度、二级氧小喷嘴的位置及反旋转角的选择等。冷模试验的消旋效果计算结果表明,当消旋比为0.28时,可获得满意的二级出口气流流场。将冷模试验结果用于热输入为20MW的JS-Ⅳ型燃煤燃烧室的第二级中,消旋效果令人满意。

【Abstract】 Due to the fact that the rotational flow entering a linear MHD channel generates lower electric powerthan the irrotational flow,it is necessary to eliminate swirl before the high temperature plasma enters thechannel.Considering the flow with opposing rotation direction can be supplied by means of the secondaryoxidant injection, a second stage combustor model having a de-swirling section was designed inThermoenergy Engineering Research Institute(TERI).The configuration of the cold model was derivedfrom extensive design studies with respect to JS-2 MHD coal-fired combustor.Near the second stage inlet,eight small nozzles with an injection angle of 4 5 degree are located evenly on a connical expanding sectionwhich is combined with the first stage,As a result of the flow’s volume expanding and reverse secondaryair injection,the circumferential velocity can be decreased to a great extent.The high injection velocityallows oxidant jets to effectively penetrate,mix and react with the primary flow from the first stage.The flow field of the combustor was measured by a five hole pribe.A series of cold mOdel de-swirlingexperiments were carried out.An expected velocity field in the second stage can be obtained when the ratiois set to about 0.28,and the best de-swirling effect can be attained as the angular momentum of inlet flowin the second stage is nearly equal to that of outlet flow in the first stage.
