【摘要】 文研究了新型陶瓷刀具ＪＸ－２－Ⅱ和硬质合金刀具ＹＧ６Ｘ切削电镀纯镍时的切削性能，结果表明，在本实验条件下，ＪＸ－２一Ⅱ比ＹＧ６Ｘ具有较强的抗磨损能力，切削速度可以提高３～５倍，ＪＸ－２－Ⅱ是目切削电镀纯镍最理想的刀具材料．更多还原

【Abstract】 In this peper, the cutting property of new ceramic cutter JX-2-Ⅱ and carbide cutter YG6X for cutting electroplating pure nickel material. The result showed that the JX-2-Ⅱ new ceramic cutter has a greater wear resistance than YG6X carbide cutter, the cutting speed of JX-2-Ⅱ cutter can improve 3-5 times. Practice showed that JX-2-Ⅱ ceramic is the best material for machining electroplating pure nickel.更多还原
