【摘要】 作者报告应用利美达松和确炎舒松-A对50例无菌性关节炎行关节腔内注射的疗效.结果显示利美达松注射后四周显效率为33.3%,总有效率为86.6%.认为利美达松在消肿、止痛和增加关节活动度方面均明显优于确炎舒松-A,总体疗效提高21.6%.利美达松注射二周后药效仍明显存在.各种类型关节滑膜炎中,以类风湿性关节炎为其最佳适应证.更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors reported the clinical effects of intraarticular injection of Limethason and Triamcinoloni-A given in 50 cases of aspetic arthritis. The result revealed that effective rate of 33. 3% after four weeks,the total effectiveness was 86. 6%. Limethason was significantly superior to Triamcinoloni-A in relieving pain and swelling as well as increasing motion of the joint. The drug effects maintain more than two weeks after injection of Limethason. Among various kinds of arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis is the best indication of Limethason injection.更多还原
