【Abstract】 Fourteen patients with dislocation of cervical spine,who were deteriorated neurologically during or after reduction,are reported. The dislocation were reduced by skull traction in nine patients,by manipulation in four and by operation in one. There were five patients who had normal neurological function,and nine patients who had mild neurological injury before reduction. After reduction, Seven patients had complete quadriplegia, anothers had incomplete quadriplegia. Causes and prevention of spinal cord damage at the stage of management are discussed.更多还原
