【摘要】 作者自1984年1月至1993年8月收治胫骨平台骨折119例,按Hohl氏分类,Ⅰ型33例,Ⅱ型62例,Ⅲ型24例,对于所有的Ⅰ型患者均行非手术治疗,对于骨折移位明显而且有劈裂的Ⅱ型47例,Ⅲ型19例行切开复位内固定术.62例经1～8年(平均4年2个月)的随访,其中Ⅰ型19例,优17例良2例;Ⅱ型21例,优11例,良6例,差4例;Ⅲ型22例,优10例,良5例,差7例.作者认为对合并有侧副韧带或半月板损伤时,应尽量修补,这对维持膝关节稳定有重要意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and nineteen cases of tibial plateau fractures were treated from Jan 1984 to Aug 1993. According to the Holh’s classifcation,there were 33 cases of type Ⅰ,62 of type Ⅱ and 24 of type Ⅲ. All the patients of the type Ⅰ were treated by non-surgical treatment,47 patients of type Ⅰ and 19 of type Ⅲ open reduction and internal fixation were applied. Sixty-two cases were followed up for an average of 50 months,the results of type Ⅰ were excellent in 17,good in 2,type Ⅱ were excellent in 11,good in 6,poor in 4;the type Ⅲ were excellent in 10,good in 5 ,poor in 7. The authors suggested that if the meciscus and collateral ligamebnts were injuried, they should be repaired as possible,because they were important to the stability of the knee joint.更多还原
